As a development associate for The Performing Arts Studio of New York, I produced and at times directed six different based theatrical productions. These were done in an independent brand to promote studio rentals and class enrollment. The shows were produced under an offshoot theater company I created, Bluebox Theatre Company. I was also the main graphic designer, marketer, and ran ads off of the Facebook Ads manager. The performances not only gave students the ability to join actors who were getting their first professional credits, but assisted in student retention overall.
